Secondary Machining

CMT utilizes CNC Milling techniques to assist in secondary operations. Our equipment and technical expertise allows us to provide the quick modifications necessary on component parts, prototype builds, die and tool builds as well as fixture modifications.

Our CNC milling capabilities include a host of custom inserts for hard materials such as stainless and alloy steels.

Our machines are purchased with flexibility and commonality in mind. The programming interfaces are all identical which allows for accurate programming. This translates into Quality Parts.

Our computer aided manufacturing (CAM) capabilities include full integration with several CAD packages, tool-path programming from manual drawings, and intuitive conversational programming at our various CNC machines.
